Educational Initiatives

Sigma Beta Delta is an International Honor Society for Business, Management, and Administration.  In conjunction with Sigma Beta Delta, STL is providing mentorship to undergraduate and graduate business students at the University of Georgia and other colleges. 

By capturing survey data during the mentorship process, this mentorship program also provides information to the Psychology department at the university.  The Enhancing Connections in Health and Organizations (ECHO) lab is studying how mentorship supports both positive individual and organizational growth.
